These educational wellness sessions are collaborative conversations designed to help you build sustainable habits that support your overall wellbeing. You'll leave with a personalized plan that may include practical strategies, educational resources, reflection prompts, and realistic next steps to continue building a life that feels more intentional, connected, and aligned with your goals.

Schedule a Free Consultation

Please fill out the form to schedule a free 10-minute consultation. It's a chance for us to connect, talk about what you're hoping to gain from our time together, and see if these sessions are a good fit for you.

I believe meaningful connection should be as accessible as possible. Ongoing 60-minute sessions are offered on a trust-based sliding scale, typically ranging from $40–$80. Most people choose an amount that feels comfortable within that range based on their current financial circumstances.

No proof of income is ever required because I believe financial accessibility should be rooted in trust, not paperwork. If cost is still a barrier, please don't let that stop you from reaching out. I'd much rather have a conversation than have finances stand in the way of someone finding support.

Important Note

These sessions are educational wellness consultations and are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or nutrition therapy. They do not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions and do not establish a therapeutic relationship.
