Hi, I'm Sara, the founder of Norah's Light Connection.
This space was created in memory of my daughter, Norah. Though she only lived for 44 days, her life and light continue to inspire everything I do. Through my own journey of loss and healing, I discovered the profound role that connection, nature, education, and community can play in supporting overall wellbeing.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Addictions, a Certificate in Healthcare: Clinical Support, and am completing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background also includes 11 years of teaching yoga, 5 years in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, 4 years as a Certified Grief Coach, and ongoing research in integrative health and wellbeing. I am currently researching and developing an integrative wellness model that brings together psychology, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, lifestyle medicine, and the healing relationships we cultivate with ourselves, one another, animals, and the natural world.
Through educational workshops, one-on-one wellness sessions, and thoughtfully crafted handmade goods, my hope is to create opportunities for people to slow down, learn, reconnect, and build lives rooted in meaning, resilience, and authentic connection.
Because healing often begins with connection.
