Connected
The Healing Power of Connection
We were never meant to do life alone.
In a world that often leaves us feeling rushed, distracted, and disconnected, this workshop is an invitation to reconnect with what matters most.
Together, we'll explore the many forms of connection, including connection with ourselves, the people we love, our communities, nature, animals, and the everyday moments that bring meaning to our lives. Through gentle education, guided experiences, and thoughtful reflection, participants will discover simple ways to cultivate deeper relationships and a greater sense of belonging.
This workshop is for anyone longing to feel more connected in their daily life.
Rooted
Understanding Your Nervous System
Have you ever wondered why your body reacts the way it does during stress?
Our nervous systems are designed to protect us, yet many of us have never been taught how they actually work.
This workshop introduces the basics of the nervous system in a simple, approachable way while exploring how stress, overwhelm, and life's experiences shape our responses. Participants will learn practical grounding techniques and everyday regulation practices that support resilience, self-awareness, and a greater sense of calm.
Instead of judging our reactions, we'll learn to understand them with curiosity and compassion.
Carrying Love
Living Alongside Grief
Grief is one of the deepest expressions of love.
Rather than asking how we move on, this workshop explores how we carry love with us as life continues to unfold.
Together, we'll learn about the many ways grief can show up after the loss of a loved one, a beloved animal, a relationship, a dream, or another significant life change. Through meaningful reflection and gentle activities, participants are invited to honor their experiences while discovering practices that create space for remembrance, healing, and hope.
This workshop offers a compassionate reminder that grief is not something to fix. It is something to hold with kindness.
Present
Mindfulness for Everyday Life
Life is happening right now.
This workshop explores mindfulness as a way of paying attention to the life we're already living.
Together, we'll discover simple practices that help us slow down, become more present, and notice the beauty found in ordinary moments.
Participants will learn approachable mindfulness techniques that can be woven into everyday routines while exploring how presence can reduce stress, deepen gratitude, and strengthen our connection with ourselves and the world around us.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
You simply need a willingness to notice.

At Norah's Light Connection, I believe healing often begins with connection. Connection to ourselves. Connection to one another. Connection to nature. Connection to the present moment.
These workshops are designed to create space to slow down, learn, reflect, and reconnect through meaningful experiences that blend education with practical, everyday tools.
Grounded in current research from psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and wellbeing, each workshop is presented in a warm, approachable way that welcomes people from all backgrounds. No previous experience is needed.
Whether you're joining a workshop through your workplace, library, community organization, school, retreat, animal sanctuary, or wellness event, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
